Many players have questions about nationalcasino.mex.com before they deposit their first euro — here are the honest answers. This guide walks you through the practical steps, from registration to withdrawals, and shows you exactly how the bonus arithmetic works.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure you have the following ready:
- A valid email address and a smartphone or computer with a modern browser.
- Stable internet connection – the casino works best with at least 10 Mbit/s.
- Proof of identity (passport or ID card) for the KYC verification process.
- A payment method that suits you: credit card, e-wallet or bank transfer.
- Basic understanding of responsible gambling – set your limits before you deposit.
- If you play from Germany, note that deposits are subject to a 5.3% tax on stakes (since July 2021) – this applies to all online casinos.
Step-by-Step Sign-Up
- Open the official website of National Casino in your browser.
- Click the orange „Register” button in the top right corner.
- Fill out the form: username, email, password, and select your preferred currency (EUR, USD, or BTC).
- Accept the terms and conditions – read them carefully.
- Confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Complete the KYC process: upload a photo of your ID and a proof of address (utility bill, not older than 3 months).
- Choose your welcome offer (if available) and make your first deposit.
- If you want to play on the go, add the progressive web app (PWA) to your home screen – there is no classic app in the Google Play or Apple App Store, but the mobile-optimized website works perfectly.
Bonus Math
Let’s assume National Casino offers a 100% match bonus up to €150 on your first deposit, with a 30x wagering requirement on the deposit + bonus. Here’s the detailed calculation:
Deposit: €100
Bonus: €100 (100% match)
Total to wager: (€100 + €100) × 30 = €200 × 30 = €6,000 (important: this is the total turnover you must achieve before withdrawing).
If you play slots with an RTP of 96%, the expected loss per €1 wagered is €0.04. Over €6,000 wagered, your expected loss is €240. This means, statistically, you need a balance of at least €100 + €100 + €240 = €440 to complete the wagering, if you start with €200. In practice, high volatility can cause your balance to fluctuate more.
Also check the maximum bet during wagering – typically it’s €5 per spin. Exceeding it can void your bonus. And be aware: in Germany, the stake tax of 5.3% is deducted from each bet, so your effective wagering amount must cover the tax as well.
Money In, Money Out
National Casino offers several payment methods. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, but bank transfers may take up to 5 business days. Here’s an overview:
| Method | Minimum Withdrawal | Maximum Withdrawal | Processing Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) | €20 | €4,000 per transaction | 1–3 business days |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) | €10 | €5,000 per transaction | 24 hours |
| Bank Transfer | €50 | €10,000 per transaction | 3–5 business days |
| Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH) | €20 equivalent | No specified maximum | 15 minutes – 1 hour |
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC process – this can take up to 48 hours. Always check for any additional fees – most methods are free, but bank transfers may incur a €5 fee.
Safety & Licensing
National Casino is operated by a company licensed in Curaçao (license number 8048/JAZ). This is a common offshore license that offers a basic level of player protection, but it’s not as strict as the Maltese (MGA) or German license. That means: if you live in Germany or the EU, your winnings from a Curaçao-licensed casino may be subject to local income tax – so keep records of your deposits and withdrawals. The casino uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and it offers responsible gambling tools. However, always be careful with your personal information – never share your password, and enable 2-factor authentication (2FA) if it’s available.
Common Problems & Fixes
Even the best casinos have hiccups. Here are common issues and their solutions:
Important: If you experience any problem, contact support first – they are available 24/7 via live chat.
1. Registration fails: Check that your email is correct, and that you haven’t registered before. Clear your browser cookies and try again.
2. Bonus not credited: Sometimes bonuses require a bonus code – check the promotions page. If you didn’t opt in, you may miss it.
3. Withdrawal takes longer than expected: During KYC or high traffic, delays up to 72 hours are normal. Always complete KYC early.
4. Game not loading: Clear your cache, disable ad-blockers, or switch to a different browser. The PWA version is often more stable.
5. Tax issues with winnings: As mentioned, Curaçao casinos may be taxed locally. Consult a tax advisor in your country.
6. Self-exclusion: If you need a break, use the self-exclusion feature – it’s usually in the responsible gambling section.
Quick Answers
Is National Casino legal in Germany?
Yes, it operates under a Curaçao license, so it’s legal in Germany, but it’s not regulated by the German state – that means you have less protection than with a German-licensed casino.
How long does it take to withdraw money?
With e-wallets, you get your money within 24 hours, but during KYC the first withdrawal can take up to 48 hours longer.
Can I play with cryptocurrencies?
Yes, National Casino accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptos – both for deposits and withdrawals, with near-instant processing.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is €10 (or equivalent) for most methods, but this can vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no native app, but the mobile-optimized website and the PWA provide a seamless experience – simply open the site in your browser and add it to your home screen.
How do I meet the wagering requirement?
You must bet the required amount (e.g., €6,000) before you can withdraw. Slots contribute 100%, table games often only 10% or less – always check the terms.
What if I have a problem with the casino?
Contact the 24/7 live chat or send an email. If that doesn’t work, you can file a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
Insider Advice
Responsible gambling is a keyword. Even if you win, set limits. In your account settings, you can set a deposit limit (e.g., €200 per week), a session limit (e.g., 60 minutes per session), and you can even self-exclude yourself completely. Use these tools – especially if you play often. Also, remember that gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If you feel that you lose control, seek help at www.checkgambling.de (German addiction help).
Conclusion: National Casino is a solid choice for players who value a wide game selection and crypto options. With the right knowledge about bonuses and withdrawals, you can have a smooth experience. But always keep your safety in mind and use the responsible gambling features.
